    30 Days

    • This means you have 30 days, from the item(s) delivery date to return your item(s).
    *Note: The item(s) must have started tracking back to Your Better Side Boutique within 30 days of delivery to customer.
    • All Approved Returns will be processed within 24 hours of email request.
    *Note: If the RA# is issued, the shipping label is sent to the customer, and the item(s) do not start tracking within 30 days; the customer will NOT be issued a refund and WILL be charged the price of the shipping label.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • If your return is accepted and the product was received damaged, you will receive a return shipping label and RA # via email at no cost to you and no restocking fee.
    • If there are no issues with the item you will need to return the item(s) via your own shipping method/payment, with the RA# given (via email), included.
    • You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and refunded the remainder via the original payment method.
    - OR -
    • You will not be charged a 15% restocking fee and the entire refund amount will be transferred to a Your Better Side Boutique Gift Card, to use on a future purchase.
    *Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
    Damages and issues
    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, and/or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
    Exchanges
    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
    European Union 14-day cooling off period
    • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Refunds
    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      Gift Cards

      • Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).
      Custom Products
      • Custom products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller.
